Delivery was really rapidly, 4 days to PA, took about two hours to assemble.  No directions on assembly, but was relatively simple to determine. The one difficulty I had was customer service was somewhat difficult to get ahold of.Observe: For outsized bikes, there might be a chance that our trucking firm driver can't unload this bike with liftgate
